Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and specs.
• Ensure work adheres to project schedule; escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily and Quality Inspection Reports for review with site lead or manager.
• Take progress photographs and label each photo for records.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and manage contract extras with client approval.
