Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead field operations on client projects across the United States. This role focuses on safety, quality, scheduling, contract conformance, and strong client relations at the site.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, maintaining records, and ensuring drawings and specifications are followed. Travel is 100% to project sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline required; at least 3 years in Construction Management/Supervision.
• Associate degree with 9+ years of relevant experience in CM/engineering fields.
• High school diploma with 12+ years of relevant experience in construction management or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure work is safe, correct, and meets quality control measures.
• Ensures work adheres to the project schedule and escalates delays as needed.
• Prepares Daily Reports, Quality Inspection Reports, and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Maintains on-site records per The Perry Group requirements.
• Pay range minimum: $100,000; Pay range maximum: $153,000.
