Job summary

Qualifications

• Nine years of construction or field operations experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree plus six years of experience in construction or field operations.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in construction management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality per drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Maintain on-site records and document control.
• Provide correspondence with project management and clients.
