Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a Construction Field Operations Coordinator for a project site in Phoenix, AZ. You will work with the site construction lead to coordinate field operations, scheduling, reporting, and quality control.

Candidates should have a high school diploma with nine years of construction/field ops experience, or an associate/bachelor's degree as listed. The role requires 100% travel; pay ranges from $68,370 to $112,840 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling and daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specs.
• Maintain the project schedule and escalate potential or actual delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and approval as official project records.
• Take progress photographs and label each photograph for documentation.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design revisions are used on site.
• Provide support to Project Construction Manager and assist with contract extras and progress payments.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years construction/field ops experience

Associate degree + 6 years construction/field ops experience

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related
