Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site construction lead on field operations, scheduling, daily/quality reports, and communications with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Maintain records and progress reports, and ensure latest design revisions are used.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with project manager.
• Provide clear project communications with management and clients.
