Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an Intermediate Construction Professional to work in the field at client project sites. You will perform field engineering, site administration, estimating, scheduling, safety, and QC under general supervision, with work possible from field or office.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the site construction lead, overseeing subcontractors, maintaining records, and producing daily and progress reports as required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Field-based work experience on project sites is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with site construction lead and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist site construction lead with scheduling, daily reports, QC reports.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Maintain project schedules and escalate delays to PM.
• Prepare Daily Reports, Quality Inspection Reports and progress photos.
• Ensure use of latest design drawing revisions; support PM as needed.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and client communications.

High school diploma or equivalent + 9 years experience

Associate degree + 6 years experience

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years in Construction Management/Engineering
