• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience in Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control and communication with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Maintain project schedules and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare and maintain on-site record documents and progress reports.
• Ensure use of latest design drawing revisions and support the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
