Qualifications

• Three years of experience finishing concrete structures and pier foundations.
• Strong understanding of forming systems and sequencing.
• Experience directing others in a small work unit.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work phases.
• Plan reading and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.
• English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large crews or multiple crews.
• Oversee major project areas or critical path work.
• Serve as primary field lead for the trade.
• Plan and coordinate complex construction phases.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material planning.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers.
• Anticipate schedule conflicts and implement solutions.
• Lead constructability discussions and field problem solving.
• Monitor productivity, cost impacts, and schedule performance.
• Mentor developing foremen and crew leads.
• Contribute to safety leadership and project planning meetings.
