Qualifications

• Three years of experience finishing concrete structures and pier foundations.
• Strong understanding of forming systems and sequencing.
• Experience directing others within a small work unit.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work phases and plan reading.
• Basic computer literacy and safety awareness.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads large crews or multiple crews and oversees major project areas.
• Plans and coordinates complex construction phases to meet schedules.
• Manages manpower, equipment, and material planning for large scopes.
• Coordinates with superintendents, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers.
• Anticipates schedule conflicts and implements solutions.
• Mentors foremen and crew leads; contributes to safety leadership.
