CDM Smith is seeking a construction coordinator to support field operations on a Phoenix, Arizona project site. You will coordinate scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communications to keep the project on track.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing progress and quality reports, and ensuring drawings and revisions are used. Travel is 100% with a competitive salary range of $68,370 to $112,840.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Capture progress photos and organize them.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure use of latest design drawing revisions.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Maintain on-site records per document control standards.
