Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a dependable Laborer to support daily operations, site prep, material handling, and general labor duties. You will assist with cleanup, operate tools, and follow safety policies to maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Ideal candidates have construction or related experience, with OSHA 10 certification preferred. This role requires physical labor, teamwork, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, concrete, masonry or general labor.
• Familiarity with concrete placement and finishing techniques.
• Experience operating construction tools and equipment.
• OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks to support daily operations and projects.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe manner.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist skilled tradespersons and equipment operators as needed.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and incidents to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
