Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Construction Intern to support Project Managers and Superintendents on active projects in the Charleston area.

The role focuses on project planning, buyout, management, and closeout, helping the team meet schedule and budget while upholding Landmark’s quality standards. You'll gain hands-on experience in coordinating RFIs, submittals, logs, and field notes, with exposure to cost control, safety programs, and closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science or Architecture.
• 1+ year of applicable coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and buyout.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, deliveries and inspections.
• Maintain daily logs and weekly meeting minutes.
• Support budget management and cost tracking.
