Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. invites motivated students to join its Summer Construction Internship in Columbia, SC.

You will assist Project Managers and Superintendents with planning, buyout, and closeout, gaining hands-on exposure to budgeting, RFI logs, submittals, and field coordination. This internship runs from June 1, 2027, through August 6, 2027 with on-site opportunities in Boone, NC; Charleston, SC; Charlottesville, VA; and Columbia, SC.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science or Architecture preferred.
• 1+ year of applicable coursework.

Responsibilities

• Learn Landmark processes and procedures related to managing the project.
• Understand Landmark safety and quality programs and ensure contractor compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, billings, and change management.
• Maintain RFI and change request logs and track submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, deliveries and inspections to minimize schedule impact.
