Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. invites applications for a Summer Construction Internship. Interns will assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout, management, and closeout to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You'll learn Landmark processes, safety and quality programs, manage submittals, RFIs, logs, and progress photos, and participate in team meetings while maintaining professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science or Architecture.
• At least 1 year of applicable coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in project planning and closeout.
• Help manage budgets and coordinate submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Maintain logs, progress photos, and meeting minutes.
• Support safety, quality programs, and contractor compliance.
• Contribute to team meetings and professional conduct.
