Qualifications

• Preference for students pursuing a degree in CM, Eng, Building Science or Architecture.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with common computer tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing project budgets, expenditures, and subcontractor scope.
• Review and process submittal data and shop drawings.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, deliveries and inspections and analyze schedule impacts.
• Document daily logs, status reports, and meeting minutes.
