Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. in Charlottesville, VA, offers a Summer Construction Internship. You will assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout, and closeout to keep projects on time and within budget.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with submittals, RFIs, site documentation, and coordinating inspections while learning Landmark safety and quality programs. Travel to on-site locations may be required.

• Assist in learning Landmark project management processes and procedures.
• Assist in coordinating submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and related logs.
• Help manage project budget, costs, and schedule implications.
• Document progress with logs, photos, and meeting minutes.
• Support site coordination and closeout activities, including warranties and records.
