Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Construction Intern to assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout, project management, and closeout. The Summer Internship runs June 1, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with possible on-site locations including Boone, NC; Charleston, SC; Charlottesville, VA; and Columbia, SC.

Locations may change. The intern will learn Landmark processes, safety and quality programs, maintain logs, and assist with submittals, RFIs, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science or Architecture.
• At least 1 year of applicable coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout, and closeout.
• Learn Landmark processes and safety and quality programs; ensure contractor compliance.
• Maintain and coordinate logs, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, deliveries and inspections; analyze impact on schedule.
• Document progress with photos and prepare closeout records.
