Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Construction Intern to support Project Managers and Superintendents on a range of activities from planning and buyout to closeout. The role provides hands-on exposure to project budgets, RFIs, submittals, logs, and site documentation.

Interns learn Landmark processes, safety and quality programs, and coordination across schedules and stakeholders while gaining field experience on active projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout, and closeout.
• Maintain budgets by tracking expenditures and coordinating billings.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings; maintain logs.
• Document progress with daily logs, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Capture progress photos and help assemble final record documents.
