Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Construction Intern to assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout, project management, and closeout to meet Landmark’s quality standards. The internship runs June 1, 2027 through August 6, 2027 with possible onsite locations nationwide, including Columbia, MO.

Responsibilities include coordinating RFIs, submittals, logs, and daily/weekly progress records; supporting budget and schedule controls; and preparing final closeout documents.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science or Architecture.
• At least 1 year of relevant coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout and closeout.
• Coordinate and maintain RFI logs and submittal data.
• Support cost tracking and schedule impact analysis.
• Prepare daily logs and weekly meeting minutes.
• Assemble final project record documents and closeout materials.
• Participate in team meetings and promote professional communication.
