Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction projects from start to finish.
• Document daily progress, materials, and quantities.
• Read plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Identify deviations from contract documents.
• Conduct lab and field testing on soils, aggregates, asphalt, and other materials.
• Maintain clear written and oral communication with stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings for updates and insights.
• Measure distances and document work accurately.
