Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Progressive roadway/bridge inspection experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain required GDOT certifications within 6 months.
- Proficiency in reading construction documents and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Inspectors in construction oversight and inspection duties.
- Review and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Monitor activities for quality and compliance with specs.
- Conduct field audits of ICQA processes.
- Inspect roadways, structures and drainage per project requirements.
- Observe testing of soils, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.
- Document inspection findings and prepare electronic reports.
- Uphold safety practices in all construction activities.
