Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On-site inspections of construction projects to verify design compliance.
• Document inspection results and required actions.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings with engineers.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily reports and status updates.
• Inspect materials and testing processes to ensure standards.
• Coordinate field services and enforce safety, QA, and permitting requirements.
• Conduct site investigations and review related data and drawings.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with permits and safety guidelines.
• Mentor junior professionals and liaise between contractors, engineers and client.
• Perform other duties as required.
