Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects to verify compliance with design specs, standards, safety codes and regulations.
• Documents inspection results including deficiencies, deterioration, and required corrective actions.
• Reviews submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers and project teams.
• Monitors construction progress; prepares daily reports, deficiency notices, and status reports.
• Inspects materials and testing processes to ensure compliance with specs.
• Oversees field construction services, enforcing safety, environmental and quality controls.
• Performs site investigations reviewing maps, reports and drawings.
• Participates in pre-construction meetings, design reviews, and project closeout activities.
• Ensures compliance with permits and safety guidelines; delivers technical files and documentation.
• Mentors junior professionals; serves as liaison between contractors, engineering staff and client.
• Performs other duties as required.
