Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction projects to verify compliance with design specs and safety codes.
• Documents inspection results including deficiencies and required corrective actions.
• Reviews submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers.
• Monitors progress, prepares daily reports and technical recommendations.
• Inspects materials and testing processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinates field construction services and ensures safety and permitting compliance.
• Performs site investigations and participates in design reviews and closeout activities.
• Develops and mentors junior staff, liaises with contractors, engineers, and clients.
