Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects to verify compliance with design specs, safety codes, and federal regulations.
• Documents inspection results, deficiencies, and required corrective actions with detailed reporting.
• Reviews submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers and project management teams.
• Monitors progress, prepares daily reports, deficiency notices, and technical recommendations.
• Oversees field construction services, ensuring safety, quality control and permitting compliance.
• Participates in pre-construction meetings, design reviews, and project closeout activities.
• Mentors junior professionals and coordinates between contractors, engineering staff, and clients.
