Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years field ops experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years field ops experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specs.
• Ensure work adheres to project schedule; escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports; maintain official project records.
• Take progress photos and label them for documentation.
• Assist Project Construction Manager with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use latest design drawings.
• Support the Project Construction Manager as needed.
• May manage key trades/subcontractors for the project.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager; proper client correspondence.
• Maintain on-site records per The Perry Group’s standards and quality policies.
• Adhere to Quality Systems and work instructions to maintain project excellence.
