Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a field-focused construction professional to support a simple cycle power generation project. You will coordinate CWPs/IWPs, work with engineers, vendors, and superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently within schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in construction, field engineering, or project controls, with OSHA 10 certification and a readiness to operate in a demanding field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred in construction management or engineering.
• Experience coordinating field teams and construction work packages is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction work packages and installation work packages for assigned scopes.
• Align engineering, materials, labor, schedule, and field constraints before work release.
• Identify and resolve field execution challenges with stakeholders.
• Maintain daily site records and support recovery planning when needed.
• Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement on projects.
