Job summary

Black & Veatch Construction is seeking an I&C Coordinator to lead the full lifecycle of Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs) for basic projects on an active site in Lathrop, MO. You will support discipline superintendents, coordinate material takeoffs, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent; 4 year degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of cost control, scheduling, engineering drawings and other documents.
• Ability to do material takeoffs and field estimates. Communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Safety regulations, dealing with ambiguity and problem solving are important.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, developing, issuing, and progress tracking of all CWPs and IWPs for basic projects.
• Participate in all integrated planning sessions associated with IWPs.
• Produce discipline specific IWPs for basic projects.
• May coordinate with discipline superintendents to ensure buy-in for IWPs.
• Assist in verifying engineered quantities and coordinating construction contractor/craft curves and project controls.
• Maintain daily site logs and support punch list activities.
