Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.
• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Preferred qualifications include supervisory experience and strong knowledge of cost control and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, issue, and progress track CWPs and IWPs for complex projects.
• Produce discipline IWPs and ensure field 'buy-in' from key personnel.
• Verify quantities and coordinate materials; manage RFI documentation flow.
• Monitor and improve look-ahead schedules; coordinate with Superintendent and Project Controls.
• Maintain daily site logs; support safety culture and field inspections.
