Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc. is seeking a field-based construction leader to support simple cycle and combined cycle power projects. You will coordinate day-to-day construction activities, partner with the Site Manager, and drive safe, high-quality work aligned with project schedule and client expectations.

Travel to project sites is required. The role emphasizes leadership of on-site crews, subcontractors, and field engineers, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years construction supervisory experience required.
• OSHA training/certification is required.
• All pre-employment checks may be required (background, drug screen, MVR).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on-site subcontractor activities to ensure safe, efficient execution of power project work.
• Coordinate site access, daily work planning, and field logistics to maintain safety and productivity.
• Support the Project Construction Execution Plan and provide leadership to superintendents and field teams.
• Monitor productivity, schedule performance, and progress; take action to meet budget, schedule, safety, and quality goals.
• Develop and execute schedule recovery plans with subcontractors and project leadership.
