Clayton Homes is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our field operations, assist with permitting, walk-throughs and service coordination. The role involves collaborating with contractors and customers to ensure timely project completion and superior service.

Ideal candidates will bring strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, plus a basic understanding of construction. This is a full-time field-based position supporting our Home Centers.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn company software.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Knowledge of construction basics.

Responsibilities

• Process contractor bills and manage related paperwork.
• Coordinate permits and site walk-throughs.
• Schedule delivery and service with contractors and customers.
• Maintain customer files and follow up on service calls.
• Support audits and document control.
• Assist in merchandising and preparing for promotions.
• Protect company assets and participate in team meetings.
