Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our retail team in completing projects on time while delivering world-class service. The role involves field construction management, permitting, and coordinating service with contractors and customers.

Reporting to the Home Center General Manager, you will process bills, manage documentation, and help drive customer satisfaction through strong communication and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree preferred; related construction field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Reliable and dependable with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process contractor bills and paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate permits, site walks, and construction scheduling.
• Maintain customer files and service follow-ups.
• Support audits and prepare for promotions and events.
• Protect company assets and collaborate with managers.
