Job summary

IMEG Corporation is hiring a Field Construction Administrator to provide on-site construction observation and coordinate between contractors, engineers, and project teams. The role emphasizes data center projects with full-time on-site presence and substantial travel.

You will monitor field conditions, communicate updates, and help align work with contract documents while supporting coordination across industrial and manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience minimum required; 3+ preferred in building design consulting or construction.
• Associates degree or certificate in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; 4+ years experience minimum; 6 preferred in construction.
• Travel up to 100% and on-site work at project locations; must be able to live near project site when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence to represent owner's interests on the project.
• Perform site observations during construction and relay information to contractors and engineers.
• Keep design engineers informed of project status, problems, and liability issues.
• Observe work to confirm progress and workmanship aligns with contract documents.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors to support project objectives.
• Document meeting minutes and daily reports on construction status, delays, issues, and inspections.
• Review contract documents and obtain information from design engineers as needed.
• Track drawings revisions and ensure contractors use corrected versions.
• Address critical path items with design team and field coordination.
• Assist with resolving construction issues and support project closeout and safety compliance.
