Job summary

IMEG Corp in Austin, TX seeks a Field Construction Administrator to provide on-site observation and coordinate among owner, contractors, engineers, and the project team for data center projects.

You will maintain daily site presence, document progress, track RFIs and submittals, and help ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and schedule. This full-time on-site role requires travel up to 100% and offers ESOP ownership, competitive benefits, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience minimum; 3 preferred in building design consulting or construction.
• 4 years of experience minimum; 6 preferred in construction-related work.
• Field experience or skilled trades a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence to represent the owner's interest on the project.
• Perform site observations and share information with contractors and engineers.
• Keep design engineers informed of status, problems and liability issues.
• Observe work to confirm progress and workmanship aligns with contract documents.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Document meeting minutes and prepare daily reports on status and delays.
• Review and interpret contract documents and obtain needed information.
• Track RFIs and submittals and address critical path items.
• Assist with resolving construction issues and support project closeout.
