Job summary

IMEG is hiring a Field Construction Administrator to provide on-site construction observation in multiple project locations and to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and the project team. This role focuses on data center work, monitoring field conditions, and maintaining daily site presence across industrial and manufacturing projects.

You will track progress, manage communications, and help resolve field conflicts while ensuring conformance to contract documents.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience minimum in building design consulting or construction; 3 years preferred
• Associates degree or certificate in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• 4 years of construction experience minimum; 6 preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence to represent owner’s interest
• Perform site observations and report to contractors and engineers
• Keep design engineers informed of project status and issues
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients
• Document meeting minutes and daily construction reports
• Review and interpret contract documents and obtain information as needed
• Assist with resolving construction issues and support project closeout
