Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction- Project Manager to join our Critical Environments team in Corpus Christi, TX. The role requires local support with approximately 4-5 days per week onsite, subject to client needs.

We value 5+ years of construction PM experience, a construction-related degree, and at least 2+ years leading critical environment projects. MEP experience in ground-up construction is essential for success in this high-visibility role.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in construction project management.
  • 2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
  • MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full scope of projects and related components.
  • Mentor teams and manage schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and recovery efforts.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with client’s vision and objectives.
  • Collaborate with owners, A&E professionals, contractors, vendors, and teams.
