Job summary

QXO is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Field Compensation to lead our field compensation programs and shape our compensation philosophy. You will administer base pay, annual bonus, and long-term incentives, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leaders to deploy programs across field operations.

You will leverage HRIS platforms and data visualization tools to deliver insights, benchmark market trends, ensure pay equity, and drive change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience with strategic exposure.
• Expertise in compensation principles, benchmarking, job evaluation and pay equity.
• Proficiency with HRIS, compensation tools, and advanced Excel.
• CCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer field compensation programs, including base pay, annual bonus, and long-term incentive processes.
• Maintain compensation structures, job evaluation frameworks, and pay ranges across field operations.
• Design and implement incentive plans that align with business objectives and drive performance.
• Leverage technology platforms (SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle, etc.) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to enhance efficiency and insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leaders to ensure successful deployment of compensation programs.
• Create and execute comprehensive communication strategies for compensation programs.
• Lead annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) including data validation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with pay-related laws and proactively monitor pay equity.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to measure program effectiveness and support leadership decisions.
