Job summary

You will receive payments, balance cash drawers, and may assist with repossessions or legal actions as directed. A High School diploma and six months in collections or office procedures are required, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience in payment collections or general office procedures.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Sends text messages, mails notices to encourage payment.
• Confer with customers by text or phone to determine overdue payment reasons.
• Receives payments and posts to customer accounts.
• Travels to customers' homes to collect late payments as needed.
• Prepares paperwork prior to legal action for severely delinquent accounts.
