Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician to diagnose and repair commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems. You will work independently in the field, starting from home, with dispatch support and inventory handling by a back-office team.

After training, you’ll receive a company vehicle and begin each day from home, servicing cafes, hotels, and hospitality accounts, ensuring equipment operates correctly and customers are satisfied with clear,

Qualifications

• Experience using a multimeter and basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform field service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams and identify components.

Responsibilities

• Perform two to three on-site service calls at commercial coffee locations (cafes, hotels, hospitality).
• Troubleshoot by measuring voltage, resistance, and continuity with a multimeter.
• Trace faults using electrical and hydraulic diagrams and document findings.
• Identify thread types, fabricate adapters, and reassemble equipment with care.
• Keep accurate service notes and use ServiceTitan for dispatch and ticketing.
• Calibrate machines by tasting coffee after repairs to verify performance.
