Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Austin, Texas is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician who can diagnose why espresso machines stop pulling shots and fix them. If you’re handy, curious, and coffee-loving, read on.

You’ll perform 2–3 service calls weekly at cafes and hotels, measure electrical signals with a multimeter, trace faults from diagrams, identify fittings, disassemble and reassemble equipment, document repairs, and maintain service records in ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• Comfort with measuring electrical values using a multimeter.
• Ability to read and follow electrical/hydraulic diagrams.
• Experience with home electrical work, plumbing repairs, or hands-on projects.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Make two to three service calls at commercial coffee locations.
• Measure voltage, resistance, capacitance and continuity with a multimeter.
• Trace faults through diagrams and identify component configurations.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment carefully and safely.
• Look up part numbers and reference machine documentation.
• Document service notes clearly and in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate repair findings to customers professionally.
• Taste coffee after repairs to verify calibration.
