Job summary

Engineered Resin Solutions is seeking an Industrial Coatings Foreman to lead field projects along the East Coast, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. This role requires travel and coordination with subcontractors and in-house crews.

The position involves supervising crews, reading blueprints, ordering materials, and maintaining client relationships while upholding company safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of foreman experience in contracting, construction, industrial painting, maintenance and repair, or field services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; prior crew supervisory experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Must be able to travel frequently along the East Coast and work occasional off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction crews.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
