ht h companies is an industrial services provider delivering flooring and coating services across the Midwest. The Flooring and Coating Foreman will lead a crew, ensure safe, high-quality epoxy applications, concrete sealing, and coatings on diverse surfaces.

The role requires experience with epoxy work and coatings, strong leadership, and a focus on customer service while maintaining OSHA compliance and a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on flooring and coating projects.
• Organize crews, delegate responsibilities, ensure equipment is available on site.
• Transport equipment to regional locations as needed.
• Engage with prospects, clients and vendors to assess needs and propose services.
• Demonstrate value and practical applications of coating services to clients.
