Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Flooring and Coating Foreman to lead a crew on flooring and coating projects, ensuring safety and quality across locations. The candidate should have 2–5 years in construction/industrial fields with some management experience.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Teams and Office. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on flooring and coating projects.
• Organize crews, delegate responsibilities, ensure equipment on site.
• Drive and move equipment to regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to determine needs and recommend services.
• Demonstrate the value of services tailored to customer needs.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and the company Safety Program.
• Foster a positive safety culture and workplace.
• Coordinate with site leadership and maintain client relations.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing customer-focused team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
