Job summary

CCI Industrial Services LLC is seeking a Special Projects Foreman to supervise field crews, manage resources, and ensure safe, productive execution of coating, blasting, and mechanical work on industrial projects.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in oil field operations, strong leadership, and a proven ability to read project plans, enforce JSA reviews, and coordinate with site management to meet schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years oil field experience with heavy equipment and coatings.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews to meet project scope and safety standards.
• Ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and management to address issues.
• Review project plans and schedule, and manage resources.
• Draft technical narratives and sequence work tasks for execution plans.
