Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Flooring and Coating Foreman to lead a crew in performing epoxy application, concrete sealing, and coatings on various materials. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with clients and site leadership.

Qualified applicants have 2–5 years in construction/industrial work with some management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Teams/Office.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction/industrial field with some management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew working on flooring and coating projects.
• Organize crews, assign tasks, and ensure equipment is available on-site safely.
• Transport equipment to regional locations as needed.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to identify needs and recommend services.
• Demonstrate service value and practicality tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and follow the company Safety Program.
• Foster a positive safety culture and leadership presence on-site.
• Liaise with site leadership and maintain client relations.
• Develop and sustain a high-performing team focused on service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
