Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in construction/industrial fields with some management experience. Strong communication, organization, and safety compliance are essential for success in this role.

• 2–5 years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew working on flooring and coating projects.
• Organize crews, delegate responsibilities, and ensure equipment is available to complete jobs safely.
• Drive and transport equipment to regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to determine needs and recommend services.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with OSHA regulations and company safety program.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team focused on customer service.
