Job summary

hth companies in the Midwest is seeking a Flooring and Coating Foreman to lead a team on flooring and coating projects, ensuring safety and quality at the assigned site. You will oversee epoxy applications, concrete sealing, and coatings across materials and surfaces.

The role requires 2–5 years in construction/industrial fields with some management, strong communication, and the ability to drive equipment between locations. You will develop a high-performing crew and maintain client relations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew working on flooring and coating projects.
• Organize crews, delegate responsibilities, ensure equipment is available for safe completion.
• Transport equipment to regional locations as needed.
• Interact with prospects, clients, and vendors to assess requirements and recommend services.
• Demonstrate service benefits and practical value to customers.
• Enforce jobsite safety per OSHA and company program.
• Act as a liaison for site leadership and maintain client relations.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team focused on customer service.
