Qualifications

• Technical degree or engineering/business degree preferred.
• 3+ years CNC machining industry experience; 1-2 years technical sales or applications experience preferred.
• Proficient with product knowledge, applications, and troubleshooting; can tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets by providing metal cutting solutions and understanding market trends.
• Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads, prospects, and new customer accounts.
• Propel the full sales process from prospecting to closing; deliver demos and pricing.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to reach revenue goals.
• Maintain CRM records and provide timely forecasts and status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end customer experience.
• Conduct pre-sales workshops and demonstrations; represent Kennametal at events.
