Job summary

UES is seeking motivated individuals to join our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) teams across multiple levels. You’ll perform field testing, document results, and support projects from roads to bridges and buildings, with training and opportunities for advancement.

Entry to senior levels welcome, with hands-on testing and certifications encouraged. Travel to job sites is expected, and safety is a priority as you grow your technical expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Relevant experience in construction materials testing preferred depending on level.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing on construction materials (soil, concrete, asphalt, etc.).
• Document test results and prepare field reports.
• Observe activities and ensure compliance with project specs.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors.
