Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based clinical education and sales professional to educate physicians on Inari devices, lead hospital training, and identify therapy adoption opportunities. This role acts as the clinical interface, building strong relationships and delivering complex technical support across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate holds an associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline, with 3+ years in cath labs or similar settings, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in cath lab, nursing, or similar clinical setting.
• Strong cardiovascular science knowledge and clinical acumen.
• Understanding of sales process is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% locally and regionally, with possible overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting for Inari products.
• Develop and lead training sessions and in-service education in hospital environments.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Build and sustain credible relationships and share product expertise.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with product teams to feedback on device features.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and continuous improvement.
